Ok so we met in the Caf on Sunday at 11:30. We are going to do a qualitative comparison between the low tide area at Pearson Collge and the low tide areas at Wiers Beach. (I think I may have spelt that wrong... opps) We will compare organism's, their distribution and frequency as well as the shape of each beach, the sediment type and the wave patterns. We are making some comparison sheets to give us some direction on Saturday, when we will undertake the "Tow Beach Comparison Challange!" Looking forwards to it. I hope it is sunny.
I am very excited to start doing this project and to work collaboratively in a team. It is a unique opportunity for us to share our knowledge from different subjects. I am more happy to do this project in biology and math.
Group Ocean Science. We are looking for information about the ocean life. The mind point about it is to show that Marine Science, Chemistry, Biology and Physics are in a common relation. I am happy doing it on Chemistry.
We are doing different researches now to see what is the most interesting subject we can choose. this project is going to be AWESOME and I am looking forward to use my knowledge in both Chemistry and Biology.
Hello, I'm Marissa from Alberta, Canada. We are working on our Group 4 project on this blog! We have decided to focus on intertidal zones and the animals that live there as well as possibly the reasons that tides occure. Exiting times! I'm happy to be in Marine Science =) More soon.
